Mixing & Application Instructions:
  • Tear open the foil pack following the mixing direction indicated.
  • Knead the pouch thoroughly for 30–40 seconds, or until a noticeable exothermic warm-up occurs.
  • Once activated Cut the corner of the pack and pour resin into the prepared mould/joint immediately to prevent premature curing.
  • Allow to gel for approx. 10 minutes
  • Remove mould after 30-45 minutes
  • Actual gel time may vary depending on environmental conditions: lower temperatures will slow the reaction, while higher temperatures will accelerate curing time.
benefits
Temperature Rise & Load Considerations:
  • PU resin provides excellent thermal stability for low to medium voltage cable joints.
  • Resin must fully encapsulate conductors to allow even heatdissipation.
Storage & Shelf Life
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Ideal storage temperature: 15–25°C.
  • Shelf life: 12 months when unopened.
